Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and upsell or cross-sell products that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
