About the Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex's social media customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or issues related to our social media platforms. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex's social media customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including social media, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or digital environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a social media or digital environment, preferably in a customer support role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Certification in customer service or social media marketing
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
