Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong process improvement skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
