Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center) team. As a Principal, Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You'll work closely with compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze data to support ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness areas
- Collect and process data from disparate systems across our US and global businesses, designing dashboards to help stakeholders scope risk and assess control maturity
- Apply knowledge of analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and repeatable methodologies for assessing risk
- Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
- Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
- Solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes
What You'll Bring
* Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters
- Ability to generate impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story"
- Proficiency in coding using R or Python
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new things
