Job Description

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
