Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
- Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles
- Experience with data governance and quality processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
