Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and processing large datasets from various sources, including in-house information resources and authorized platforms
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Designing and implementing data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conducting data mining and statistical analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through data cleaning, validation, and documentation
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare data sources
- Familiarity with clinical trial design, Bayesian modeling, and computational statistics
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
- Strong understanding of clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience with regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
