Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving clinical correspondence and patient complaints, overseeing the Means approach for clinical quality issues, and collaborating with pharmacy chiefs to address clinical concerns. You'll also develop and maintain relationships with existing healthcare frameworks, ensure the execution of arenaflex's healthcare and wellness programs, and contribute to business planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fields and resolves clinical correspondence and patient complaints that are clinical in nature

  • Oversees stage one and stage two of the Means approach for raised clinical quality issues
  • Acts as the clinical master for Retail, responsible for pharmacy operations
  • Develops and maintains associations with existing healthcare frameworks as coordinated by the RHD
  • Ensures the execution of arenaflex's healthcare and wellness programs and corporate vital drives through centered store visits and training of Region Supervisors
  • Collaborates with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Activities to review region healthcare financials and KPIs to make activity plans, direct business estimating and analysis for business planning meetings
  • Provides information and experiences to Territorial Healthcare Chief on Pharmacy Wellbeing and Health drives and triumphs
  • Develops and maintains relationships with local schools, universities, and professional associations
  • Possesses, develops, and oversees associations with pharmacy chief ability methodology and pipeline, setting the recruitment procedure, identifying and instructing high potential pharmacy directors, and overseeing Execution Improvement Plans for Pharmacists
  • Provides contribution to Chief Pharmacy and Retail Procedure on Region Supervisor execution surveys
  • Responsible for generally pharmacy commitment, focusing on training and developing Area Directors to empower execution of pharmacy liabilities

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or pharmacy)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with healthcare and wellness programs, pharmacy operations, and business planning
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or pharmacy)

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience with clinical correspondence, patient complaints, and Means approach for clinical quality issues
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and wellness programs, pharmacy operations, and business planning
  • Experience with territory management, sales, and marketing
  • Strong leadership and training skills
