Job Summary

As a Remote DPS Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures and driving patient wellness results. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the consistency of clinical pharmacy services and execute against established partner-defined pharmacy programs. Your primary focus will be on driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to increase reimbursements while improving patient wellness results.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

  • Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by examining, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and analyzing results; and executing changes
  • Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organization financial objectives
  • Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance
  • Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient discussion, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders
  • Support staff training experiences and development opportunities
  • Advance collaboration and promote pharmacy staff by encouraging a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, methodologies, mission, values, and guidelines of ethics and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Current pharmacist license as allowed by the applicable state licensing authority

  • Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and it is essential to determine when acceleration of issues
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary

  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
  • Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font type and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
  • Basic level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view as well as running a slide show)
  • Basic level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities)
