Job Summary
As an Experienced Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization, and we're excited to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the 340B program
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide business decision support and analysis at various levels
- Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and program enhancements through data-driven analysis
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the 340B program to identify opportunities for enhancement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)
- Proven experience in data analysis and management, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization
- Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve specific project objectives and goals)
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using formulas, combining and formatting cells, printing focused pages or creating pivot tables)
