Position Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Data Science & Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing data science team, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product development and marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work with large datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a high-performing data science team, scaling the group efficiently to meet current business objectives

• Recognize and recruit top talent, provide mentorship and training, and define the team's objectives and goals in alignment with the organization's overall strategic direction
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product features, marketing efforts, and customer engagement, and identify opportunities for product upgrades and efficiency gains through data analysis, experimentation, and innovation
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, informing product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and inform product development and marketing strategies

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in driving product and customer analysis, experimentation, and insights within global top-tier technology organizations, preferably e-commerce

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, building and driving data science and analytics teams
• Demonstrated history of delivering impactful insights, driving business results, and continuous product improvement through data-driven approaches and experimentation
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R/SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Design, Marketing, and Operations
• Previous C-level/Executive Board exposure, with experience contributing to and having in-depth conversations with C-level partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
• Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
