Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Capturing customer information, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate data entry
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints
- Working closely with the customer service manager to ensure seamless customer service operations
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data entry, adhering to company standards and procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed customer support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
