Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, USA. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a part-time role, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a competitive salary of $25-$35/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving complex issues and driving customer satisfaction

  • Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer experiences while complying with work rules, strategies, and guidelines
  • Consistently seek guidance from management, raise questions, and refer complex issues to staff
  • Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with other departments for issue resolution
  • Collaborate with experienced agents on complex issues
  • Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff
  • Respond to requests and issues from clients

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to provide solid customer service while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues
  • Ability to communicate with respect and an elevated level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate different computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles rapidly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Familiarity with financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in a team-based environment
