Job Summary
As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and customer service functions. You'll be responsible for processing and preparing orders for shipment, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities
* Process and prepare orders for shipment, including contacting customers and preparing invoice/packing slips as per company procedures
- Prepare all daily orders for shipment using UPS World Ship system per established procedures
- Verify that all Sales Orders have been processed prior to performing end of day procedures
- Responsible for inventory management by receiving incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies
- Verify shipments per packing slips
- Submit purchase orders to order film and/or tools and record receipt of goods. Reconcile and count physical inventory
- Responsible for stocking all film and rotating older stock to front; store all other warehouse supplies/tools, shelving tools, and chemicals in their assigned areas
- Prepare and/or process Daily Conversion List
- Process all return-authorizations as per company procedure
- Replace any damaged boxes and deface any shipping labels on restocked film
- Maintain clean and orderly workspace by taking out trash, sweeping floors to keep all aisles and doorways free of debris, trash, or obstructions
- Order Warehouse supplies and tools as needed
- Assist in answering incoming phone calls to include placing orders, invoicing orders, and handling technical questions for the dealer base
Additional Responsibilities
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations including work instructions, procedures, and policies
- Ability to use basic math skills to mix cleaning solutions, count materials, and follow all safety procedures
- Have basic computer skills to include MS Office and Max computer software

Desired Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
- 2 years related experience
Special Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to operate various software programs including CRM
- Lifting up to and including 50 pounds
Physical Demands
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques are required.
Work Environment
* The performance of this position represents a typical office environment but occasionally requires exposure to the manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel toe or composite toe shoes.
