About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers, stores, and partners through telephone, visit, and email interactions. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert-level service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Effective completion of required training and certification programs
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including product knowledge and company policies
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Contact Center Professional (CCCP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
