Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and assisting with guest communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
- Coordinating housekeeping, amenities, and other services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Processing reservations, managing property inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with our property management team to ensure seamless property management and guest satisfaction.
Success Metrics
To measure your success in this role, we'll be looking at the following key performance indicators:
- Maintaining a quick response rate to all inquiries, with a goal of responding within 1 hour.
- Resolving all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, with a goal of resolving 90% of issues within 3 hours or ASAP.
- Contributing to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality written communication.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
