As a remote chat representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our Titleist.com brand, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your passion for golf with dedicated enthusiasts. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience, and we're looking for someone who's as passionate about Titleist as we are.

Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of the golf industry and a strong passion for the Titleist brand. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:

• 5+ years golf experience: We're looking for someone who's not just a golfer, but a true enthusiast who's passionate about the game.
• Knowledge of Titleist product line: You'll need to be familiar with our products, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories.
• Golf club fitting experience: This is a must-have for anyone who wants to succeed in this role. You'll need to be able to advise customers on the best clubs for their game.
• Familiarity with top component brands: You'll need to be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the golf industry.
• Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers: This is where your passion for golf comes in. You'll need to be able to share your enthusiasm with customers and inspire them to try new things.
• Ability to explain concepts at customer's knowledge level: You'll need to be able to communicate complex ideas in a way that's easy for customers to understand.
• Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form: This is a critical skill for anyone who wants to succeed in this role. You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately, and communicate clearly with customers.

Technology Details

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have the right technology in place. Here are the essential requirements:

• A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser: We're looking for someone who's comfortable working on a computer and has a reliable internet connection.
• Stable internet connection: We recommend a minimum of 10mbps for this role.
• Reliable sound output: You'll need to be able to hear and communicate clearly with customers, so a reliable sound system is essential.

Essential Responsibilities

As a remote chat representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Must LOVE Titleist and be willing to share your passion: This is a must-have for anyone who wants to succeed in this role. You'll need to be passionate about the Titleist brand and willing to share that passion with customers.
• Use Titleist Golf equipment: You'll need to be familiar with our products and able to advise customers on the best clubs for their game.
• Familiarity with the Titleist site and any related media / searches: You'll need to be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the golf industry.
• Ability to compare and analyze any competitor products: This is a critical skill for anyone who wants to succeed in this role. You'll need to be able to compare and analyze competitor products and advise customers on the best options.
• Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations: This is a critical skill for anyone who wants to succeed in this role. You'll need to be able to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, even in stressful situations.
