Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and timely data to support business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect data from multiple sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
• Design and implement data collection processes to ensure data quality and integrity
• Support records administrators in meeting customer requests and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and drives
• Develop presentations with data-driven insights to inform business strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analytics, computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, sales analytics, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
