Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components. You will also help create and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Your expertise will be essential in examining basic impromptu asks resulting from emerging support issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components.

  • Help create and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Examine basic impromptu asks resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibility.
  • Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data representation tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Help create and disseminate specific questions to pull and arrange data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements.
  • Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
  • Assess effectiveness of processes and techniques by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analysis).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey thoughts and ideas to various audiences.
  • Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and decipher resulting measurements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase).
  • Ability to identify and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Previous internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in a related field is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Previous experience in a quality control or data analysis role.
  • Certification in data analysis or quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, Certified Data Analyst).
