Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Shopify Chat Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat support on Shopify platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat on Shopify platforms, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using Shopify platforms, including live chat and customer support tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple customer interactions and priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics
