Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex, your role will be multifaceted and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting local businesses in reducing their credit card processing fees through our innovative solutions
- Generating leads through referrals and warm prospects, and attending marketing-scheduled appointments to present our products and services effectively
- Utilizing proven sales strategies to negotiate and finalize new deals, and collaborating with National Sales Managers for additional support and training
- Maintaining communication with leads and guiding them through the sales funnel, and engaging in continuous training to enhance your sales capabilities
- Participating in morning conference calls for updates on bonuses and incentives, and working in the field (90%) with some remote tasks (10%)

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualities, including:
- An energetic, self-motivated, and outgoing demeanor, with strong time management and communication abilities
- Proficiency in networking and self-promotion for lead generation, and customer service experience is advantageous
- A positive mindset and integrity are essential for success, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization is vital
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with all levels of sales experience, and previous sales experience is preferred but not obligatory. What's most important is your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits
As a 1099 sales associate, you'll operate on a commission basis, with the potential for unlimited earnings. You'll also enjoy:
- Flexibility to set your own schedule and work at your preferred pace
- Weekly draws and bonus incentives are available
- Opportunities to earn residual income and recruiting bonuses
- Reimbursement for travel expenses incurred during fieldwork
- Remote training is conducted via video conferencing
- Top performers can expect to earn between $75k-$95k annually, with some exceeding $100k
