Job Summary
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our clients' customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
