Job Description
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our Remote Customer Care Team. As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling reservations, resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, and provide information on flight details, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must reside in the state of Georgia
