Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers over the phone, via email, and through our online chat platform. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their insurance-related queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our clients' insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

  • Gather and verify customer information, including policy details and contact information
  • Enter data into our CRM system and other relevant software platforms
  • Provide accurate and timely information about insurance policies, including coverage, premiums, and claims
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce and Zendesk

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, including insurance policies, coverage, and claims
  • Experience with data entry and management, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with online chat platforms and social media support

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity)

  • Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device
  • Willingness to install AWS on your computer
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended

Commitment

* 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on the weekend

  • 90 days (as needed)
