Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and assistance
  • Utilizing computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
  • Assisting with sales inquiries and providing product information
  • Maintaining office organization and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Providing multilingual support when necessary
  • Supporting customers with cash handling transactions
  • Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of customer support practices and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages (written and spoken)
