Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, ensuring that you're equipped to provide expert-level support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
