Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This role requires a strong customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction
- Use customer-provided information to resolve customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
- Craft acceptable solutions to address customer needs
- Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and chat interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 6+ months customer service experience
- Dual monitors are required
- Hard-wired to internet
- Friendly and caring tone
- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner
- Support a positive environment for customer interactions
- Knowledgeable about various customer needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions
- Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive service
- Ability to display empathy in adverse environments
- Show empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns
- Maintain composure in challenging situations, providing thoughtful and helpful solutions

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy
- Typing and language skills, including a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* 2 weeks of training and education, including instructor-led concept courses and self-led courses
- Ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
- Interactive mentorship and call/chat support from advanced agents
