The Role
As a Product Assistance Representative – Chat Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing live chat support on our website and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming customer support questions, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users through our products' features. Your expertise will ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless experience, building trust and loyalty in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide live chat support to customers on our website and social media accounts
- Respond to incoming customer support questions, troubleshooting common issues and guiding users through product features
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction is positive and engaging
- Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management

- A reliable internet connection and 10+ hours of availability per week

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions
- 10+ hours of availability per week
