The Role

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch service to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to resolve issues. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services

• Complete after-call information and data entry to the system

Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role

• Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
• Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired
• High School Diploma
