Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their offerings
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and clients
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer support role, with a strong understanding of online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems
  • Strong gaming experience, with a focus on multitasking and quick reflexes
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various products and services

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
  • Availability to attend 5 weeks of training, Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM
  • Ability to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
