Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing live chat support to our customers, answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions
- Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively
