The Role

As an Oracle CC&B Functional Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our customer care and billing operations. You'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of Oracle CC&B solutions

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Oracle CC&B configuration, testing, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Oracle CC&B functionality, including billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle CC&B and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations
• Develop and implement testing strategies, including automation testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs
• Provide training and support to team members on Oracle CC&B testing and configuration
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of STLC processes, including test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B, with a strong focus on functional and testing expertise

• Proven experience in leading teams and developing and implementing Oracle CC&B solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle CC&B functionality, including billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections
• Experience in utilities industry, with a strong understanding of energy, gas, and services domain
• Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application, including 3rd party app integration
• Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system
• Strong knowledge of STLC processes, including test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting
• Good communication and customer interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automation testing and development of testing strategies

• Experience in configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system
• Experience in CC&B upgrades
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B testing and configuration
