You will be responsible for entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and quality, and providing exceptional customer service to our participants.Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:- Entering data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Verifying and validating data to ensure its accuracy and quality
- Providing exceptional customer service to our participants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in online and in-person discussions, providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services
- Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
- Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Meeting deadlines and working independently to complete tasks
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- A reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
