Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations, including: + Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries + Providing support to our team, including scheduling, maintaining records, data entry, and performing other administrative tasks as required + Utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service, including:
+ Client calls and account management + Utilizing Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed + Proofreading documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism

Essential Qualifications
