Key Responsibilities:

As a live chat customer support representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Offering promotional discounts and promotions to customers as needed
  • Providing helpful resources and information to customers to enhance their experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
