Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Storage Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our enterprise data storage systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data storage solutions that meet the needs of our organization
• Manage and maintain our data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems
• Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data storage systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on data storage-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data storage and management
• Develop and maintain documentation for data storage systems and processes
• Perform code updates and security fixes to ensure the integrity of our data storage systems

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
• Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation
• Proven expertise in enterprise storage management, with a strong understanding of DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging data security technologies
• Experience with NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3)
• Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
• Operating system platform expertise (both Linux and Windows)
• VMWare concepts and management

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered)
• Professional certifications in data storage and management (e.g., CompTIA, VMware)
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
