Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Handle and resolve billing and service-related issues, including exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to efficiently manage customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or communications)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
