Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our technical teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to address technical blockers. You'll provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with our clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud. You'll also work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product mixes in client/partner environments, suggest integration techniques, experiment models, stages, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to address technical blockers
- Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with our clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud
- Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product mixes in client/partner environments
- Suggest integration techniques, experiment models, stages, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Four-year certification or comparable functional experience
- Experience in virtualization or cloud local designs in a client-facing or support role
- Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building AI arrangements and utilizing explicit AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks)
- Experience architecting and creating programming or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems
- Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations
- Ability to advance rapidly, comprehend, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space
