Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will be working from home, and we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use technology to access client information and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care
* Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
* Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
* Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with a dedicated desk area
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and technology
* Experience working with multiple clients or products
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Technology and Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate ranging from $14 to $20 per hour

Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
* You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
* arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
* When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
