The Role
As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Log into the arenaflex chat system at the start of your scheduled shift and respond promptly to customer queries
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation based on the hours worked
- Commit to at least 5 hours per week of work, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements
* Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to handle social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative to resolve customer issues
