Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our virtual and contact channels to drive guest satisfaction and business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish.
- Measurement and Analytics: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
- Data Visualization: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
- Process Execution: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines. Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to track multiple programs.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree
and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
- Experience with SQL and R or Python
Nice-to-Haves
* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
- Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
