Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our IT Offices Group. You will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces. Your expertise will be essential in managing the IT infrastructure, including server farm and distant communication room equipment, to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, framework planning, accompanying, preventive measures for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT certificate labs, and distant communication room basic climate hardware

• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application
• Distant coordination in conjunction with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix activities at distant communication rooms
• Management, operation, support, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and distant communication room equipment
• Advancement of server farm and distant communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring
• Suggesting and executing departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Ensures compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations
• Project management of server farm and distant communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
• Choice of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations
• Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, distant communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware
• Functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework
• Foster Plan Standards for Distant Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
• Distant coordination of airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities
• Survey/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated
• Provide distant Occurrence Management goal to airport basic hardware
• Provide distant installation, setup, and operational support
• Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures
• Balances multiple needs within established time constraints
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles

What You Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience

• IT Project Management experience with (at least 3 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
