Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs documentation and data entry into our operating system. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 8AM-5PM.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
