About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our data entry and analytics initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and insights, and developing recommendations for business improvement. You'll work closely with our team of data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that our data-driven insights are actionable and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights

• Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights and results
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights are actionable and impactful

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in data entry, analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality

Desired Qualifications

* Advanced degree in a related field, such as data science, analytics, or business administration

• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working with programming languages, such as Python or R
• Experience working with database management systems, such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and analysts

Pay Range

* $45 - $65 hourly
