Job Overview

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our legal operations by accurately managing and maintaining client and case information. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database
• Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval
• Assisting with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team
• Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines
• Supporting the administrative team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
