Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the frontline of our business, supporting customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer issues: Listen actively, apply knowledge of our products and services, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identifying pain points: Become knowledgeable of customer and team pain points and advocate for changes that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1-2 years of customer support experience
