Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Success Team Member, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing and growing our current customer base, creating and maintaining relationships with customers, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via phone or email to discuss current and new orders, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Create and edit sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our Sage database
- Research and recommend apparel products and promotional items to meet customer needs
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Coordinate UPS shipments and manage logistics
- Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build relationships and promote our products
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, account management, or customer success
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software, such as Sage, a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the promotional products or apparel industry
- Familiarity with UPS shipping and logistics
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
