What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking answers, solutions, and support, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other tools

Reporting and Success Metrics

You'll report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
