Job Summary
arenaflex is urgently hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
- Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Document and update customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Empathy and a passion for helping customers
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
- Helpscout and Google Office suites are a plus

Compensation and Benefits
The total rewards package for this role includes a competitive salary of $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year, plus full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and 401K match.
