Position Overview
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong oral and written communication skills, be knowledgeable in modern office practices and procedures, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Categorize calls received and record any abusive or extraordinary calls
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Perform data entry tasks, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including call handling times and accuracy rates
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
